This project was a complete renovation of a home built in 1970 by the architect Irving Tobocman. The spatial planning involved converting the garage into a guest room while adding another garage in a more suitable location as well as transforming an indoor pool into a master suite which includes a bedroom, study, master bath, and separate closet and dressing rooms. Though an extensive renovation, one of the goals was respecting the original architectural details while enhancing the layout to bring the house up to modern standards.
